Hiya! I’m Francois, a product designer soaking up the LA sunshine - nice to meet you 😌😎

I was always the kid that incessantly asked “Why?” at every turn, and to this day I still have a deep curiosity and passion for analyzing almost anything I can get my hands on - music, shows, books, the best swim cap to keep my hair dry. In particular, I love to explore what makes people tick and how their behavior manifests in day to day life, an interest I continued to foster and expand at UCLA, where I completed my BS in Psychobiology.

Engaging with people and unraveling their big and little “why’s” is my jam - from what made them choose their career to why they dislike meatballs, I’m all ears for the stories that shape us. I love that design allows me to transform people’s “why’s”, thoughts, and behaviors into something tangible and impactful. I love that I get to continually refine my hypotheses and understanding of the world around me. There’s always so much more to learn!

My personal philosophy in design (and life, really) is intentionality, community, curiosity, growth, and inclusion. I’m invested in empowering people to achieve what they aim to do while fostering a sense of togetherness and understanding. I hope to continue moving the needle forward on making effective and meaningful change in our communities, if only one click at a time.
